Accused Shoplifter Threatens to 'Steal More'

"It's so easy," he said.

James Timothy Fortner visited the Smyrna Target store on Cobb Parkway Saturday night.

The Talking Rock man picked up some skin tights, socks, a watch and a headlight.

According to a Cobb County criminal warrant, Fortner cut off the price tags, concealed the items in his pants and walked toward the exit, where officials detained him.
