Martin has not been taken into custody and Cobb police have asked that anyone with information about him call 911.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Martin was sentenced to two years in federal prison in 2009 for assaulting a pregnant postal worker. The letter carrier refused to give him a package because the address on the ID he provided did not match that on the package. Martin then reached inside the truck, put it in park and pinned the letter carrier down so he could remove the package. He then fled the scene. It was later discovered that the package contained marijuana.
