Cobb Waffle House Robbed at Gunpoint Thursday

Two suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Cobb police say an Austell Waffle House was robbed at gunpoint shortly before 6 a.m. on Thursday.

According to investigators, two men entered the restaurant, located at 7350 Six Flags Drive, and produced a weapon and demanded the cash drawer. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the perpetrators fled the business in a dark colored Oldsmobile or Cadillac. Β 

There were no injuries reported.

Both suspects were described as black males, possibly in their late teens and having a slim build. Both were last seen wearing a gray hoodie and had a bandana covering their faces. Each was armed with a silver handgun.Β
