Marietta Man Arrested for Alleged Unlawful Surveillance

The unlawful surveillance is alleged to have occurred in a bathroom in 2008 and 2011.

A Marietta man was arrested last week after allegedly using illegal recording devices to observe people using a bathroom.

35-year-old William Randolph Cushen III of Little John Trail, Marietta was arrested on Nov. 14 at 6:20 p.m., according to information from the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.

Cushen was charged with two counts of felony sexual exploitation of children and nine counts of felony unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance. 

According to CBS Atlanta, Cushen's alleged recordings captured men, women, and children inside the bathroom in 2008 and 2011.

Cushen was released on a $40,000 bond on Nov. 15.
