UPDATE: Missing Smyrna Boy, Father Found Safe, Case Closed

No charges are pending against 35-year-old Ryan Stow, authorities confirm.

UPDATE (4:49 p.m.): The following is a release from the Smyrna Police Department:

Braiden Cole Stow and his father, Ryan Stow, have been located in Alabama. The child is now with his mother and is unharmed.

There are no charges pending against Mr. Stow. 
This matter is considered closed by the Smyrna Police Department.
UPDATE (4:42 p.m.): FOX 5 Atlanta reports that the 9-year-old boy taken from Smyrna by his father was camping in Alabama with his father, who was also located.

ORIGINAL STORY (4:37 p.m.): 
The 9-year-old Smyrna boy who had been taken by his allegedly suicidal father earlier this week has been found safe, multiple news outlets are reporting.

Braiden Stow, who was last seen in the company of his father Ryan Stow on July 15, has been found safely, CBS 46 and WSB-TV report.

According to CBS 46, no charges will be filed against the elder stow and "the case is closed."
