Jordan ran across the exit ramp from the interstate northbound to South Cobb Drive and then he ran onto the northbound travel lanes of the interstate.

Jordan crossed the outside and center lanes of I-285 ,and as he entered the inside lane, Hernandez said he was struck by a Chevrolet Z-71 truck.

The collision with the truck redirected Jordon into the center lane where he was struck by a Pontiac Grand Am. Jordan was struck a third time by an unidentified vehicle that failed to stop.

Jordan was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Cobb County Medical Examiner, Hernandez said.

Hernandez said police are continuing the investigation.
