Pregnant Woman Robbed at Knifepoint at Smyrna Shopping Center

A five-month pregnant woman was reportedly robbed by a knife-wielding woman outside the Smyrna location of Ross Dress For Less on Wednesday afternoon.

Smyrna police are searching for the petite suspect, whom the shaken victim told WSB TV placed a knife to her stomach and threatened to stab her prior to making off with her purse.

The incident happened outside the Cobb Parkway store within the Heritage Pavilion shopping center. The victim was reportedly ‘laughing’ as she left the area in a white Honda driven by a male.

The suspects later attempted to use stolen credit cards but those were declined. There have been no arrests.
