Smyrna Man Still Missing After Two-Plus Weeks

Micah James LaBorde, 42, was last seen in the area of Fontaine Road and the East/West Connector near the Silver Comet Trail where his vehicle was parked.

More than two weeks after the Smyrna Police Department issued a Mattie's call for a missing man "who threatened to commit suicide," he has yet to be located.

Micah James LaBorde is 42 years old and was last seen in the area of Fontaine Road and the East/West Connector near the Silver Comet Trail where his vehicle was parked.

LaBorde is described as standing 6-foot-1 and weighing 186 pounds. No clothing description was provided. 

Smyrna police say that according to his family, LaBorde threatened to commit suicide and possibly ingested an unknown amount of an unknown medication.

LaBorde is also believed to be in possession of a .40 caliber handgun, which was missing from his residence.

The road is "Fontaine" not fountain. It can be seen correctly printed in the missing person photo included with the story.
