Smyrna PD Hosting Free Gun Safety Seminar
The April 24 seminar will cover a variety of tops including, 'How to Choose a Firearm,' 'Why Firearm Accidents Happen,' and 'Laws Pertaining to Personal Ownership, Carry and Self Defense.'
On April 24, the Smyrna Police Department will be hosting a free gun safety seminar at City Hall.
The seminar will take place from 7-9 p.m. at 2800 King Street and will cover the following:
- Gun Safety
- Gun Types and Nomenclature
- Gun Storage
- "Stand Your Ground Law"
- Electronic Control Devices (ECD)
- Chemical Sprays
- How to Choose a Firearm
- Why Firearm Accidents Happen
- Laws Pertaining to Personal Ownership, Carry and Self Defense
Priority will be given to Smyrna citizens, but all are welcome to attend. Please RSVP to tsharples@smyrnaga.gov.
