Keotis Cooks, 29, of Smyrna and Laterence Reynolds, 27, of Marietta were shot Monday at around 10 p.m. by a gunman whose identity is not known at this time, said a Smyrna police report.
The shooting occurred on Argo Drive in Smyrna. According to the police report, Reynolds arrived at Cooks’ home on Argo Drive with a man aged between 20 and 25. Reynolds entered the house first then the unknown male subject opened fire with a black, smaller caliber, semi-automatic handgun before fleeing the scene in a dark colored Dodge Magnum.

The suspected gunman was described in the report as a white or light-skinned black male. He is between 6-foot-2 and 6-foot-5 and weighs about 175 to 190 pounds. The man was described as having dreadlocks, a partial goatee and was wearing a Rastafarian-style hat.
