Cobb DOT to Pick Up Storm Debris
Storm debris pick up must be scheduled in advance this week.
Cobb Department of Transportation crews will soon start picking up storm debris from the EF-1 tornado that hit the area Thursday evening and caused major damage to East Cobb.
Residents must move debris to the curb and contact the DOT within this week in order to request a pick up.
"DOT staff will shift from grass cutting and other operations in order to handle these requests, so we ask the public to be patient as crews work as efficiently as possible," said Cobb County officials.
To schedule a pick up, please call 770-528-3666 or email cobbdot@cobbcounty.org once the debris is at the curb.
