Councilman Will Discuss Riverview Landing At Town Hall
A representative of the developer for the site will join Ron Fennel to provide information on the project.
A Smyrna City Council member will host a town hall discussing the possible annexation of land for the Riverview Landing mixed-used development on Thursday evening.
Ward 7 Councilman Ron Fennel will be joined by Jamestown Properties' Walter Brown for the 7:30 p.m. meeting inside Founders Hall at Whitefield Academy. Brown will explain the scope of the project and give attendees a rough timeline for completion of the 81.95 acre site.
There will be an opportunity for Ward 7 residents to provide input on the project and ask questions of both Brown and Fennel.
Jametown's annexation proposal will be heard by the Smyrna City Council during their Nov. 18 meeting.
