Smyrna City Offices Closed on Good Friday
There will not be a change to the sanitation and recycling schedule.

City offices will be closed on Friday of next week, in observance of Good Friday, but you don't have to worry about your sanitation/recycling schedule changing. There will not be a change to that for this particular holiday week. The following is more information about other operations.
City of Smyrna Administrative offices will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2014 in observance of Good Friday. The Sanitation/Recycling schedule, however, will remain unchanged for this holiday closing. Sanitation crews will pick up as usual on Friday, April 18. Public Safety (Police & Fire) remains operational (911 will continue to be operational – as usual - as will Fire Department PIO and on-call inspector) with the following exceptions: Fire Administration and the Bureau of Fire Prevention will be closed.
The Library will be closed on Friday, April 18 and will remain closed through Sunday, April 20. The Recycling Center closes on Friday but opens on Saturday, April 19.
