Maj. Larry Moyers, Campbell High School JROTC, called Churchill “one of the finest young men I have had the privilege to work with in many years.” Moyers said Churchill participates in JROTC, holds part-time jobs and volunteers in the community all while maintaining a 3.5 GPA.
