Brain Training 101: Tips To Keep Your Memory Strong

Do you find yourself walking into a room and when you get there, you can’t remember why you went?  Do you have trouble remembering people’s names?  If you are interested in maintaining a healthy and active mind and maximizing your memory as you age, this class is for you.  We will discuss the physical and psychological factors that affect memory and offer tips on how to maintain peak performance.  Class will include simple games and brain exercises that will help you remember where you put your keys and the name of the person you just met!
