Six Basics of Business Growth Workshop

The City of Smyrna and ActionCOACH Atlanta will offer a free business workshop on Thursday, October 25, at Brawner Hall (3180 Atlanta Rd).  Check-in and networking will begin at 3:30 p.m., followed by a two-hour workshop starting at 4:00 p.m.  The event is designed for the business owner or entrepreneur planning a new business venture.  An RSVP is requested. 

The workshop is titled “Six Basics of Business Growth.”  This foundational program will teach the business owner how to make a business run on its own.  Attendees will learn how to make their businesses profitable enterprises by understanding mastery of money, time, and delivery.  They will learn to develop a niche and view marketing as an investment.  They will learn that leverage and synergy are not mere catch phrases, but necessary tactics for getting results.  The program will also introduce attendees to the concept of business coaching.
