Friends and Family Lunch, Fall Book Fair Coming to Nickajack
These two events are coming up next week.
Nickajack Elementary School is getting ready to kick off two events in the next week that are sure to bring lots of attention from parents and students.
Starting on Monday, Nov. 11, the Nickajack PTA will host a Fall Book Fair that will run until Friday, Nov. 15. The book fair will hold a morning session between 7:20 and 7:45 and a 2:15 to 4:00 p.m. session each day. On Thursday, the afternoon session will run from 2:15 to 6:15 p.m., and there will be no Friday afternoon session.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 12-13, the Book Fair will feature a Friends and Family Lunch that will run from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Parents and non-Nickajack students are invited to attend the lunches for $3.25.
The Tuesday lunch will be for grades 1, 3, and 5, and Butler/Newman. Wendesday's lunch is for pre-k, kindergarten, second and fourth graders, plus Love Mahone/Wood and Benton/Taylor.
Each day, GCI Portraits will be on the cafeteria stage taking photographs to commemorate the lunch. Photo packages range from $27 to $12. For more information on portraits, contact GCI at 770-428-3717.
