International Academy Concert, PTA Meeting Next Week
The Smyrna-based International Baccalaureate school is entering the Christmas season with artistic flair and a gift-giving fundraiser.
The International Academy of Smyrna will showcase its artistic talents during its Annual Winter Concert on Dec. 17.
The concert, which will be held at 7 p.m. at Smyrna First Baptist Church, will feature the academy's Middle School Concert Band, Middle School Concert Chorus, Third Grade Chorus, and the combine Fourth and Fifth Grade Chorus.
Before the concert, the academy's PTA will hold a general body meeting at the same locale at 6:30 p.m. Please bring your PTA card in order to participate in a raffle for a restaurant gift card.
The PTA has also released its schedule for this year's Holiday Gift Shop, a fundraiser which allows academy students to buy presents for family, friends, and teachers.
