Fueling for a 5K
Getting fit in 2012 requires not only an exercise plan, it also requires you to properly fuel your body. Jenny Fox, Dietary Director, Emory-Adventist Hospital, will teach you how to prepare yourself for running/walking a 5K by providing pre-race meal ideas, information on fueling your body for exercise and tips on nutrition for recovery after exercise.
