The North Cobb-Harrison NJROTC has earned the title of “Distinguished Unit with Academ-ic Honors” for the third consecutive year! It is a cadet run unit with opportunities in leader-ship not found in other High School programs. The unit contributes over 5500 hours a year towards community service. Our Color Guard participates in numerous parades & ceremonies. Field trips include Parris Island, NAS Pensacola,/Fort Benning & NAS Jacksonville. Our Teams are competing at a National Level-Drill Team, Orienteering Team, Academic Team-Brain Brawl who are on their way to California for Nationals. Our Rifle Team qualified and participated in the National Jr. Olympics & Navy Nationals at Camp Perry, Ohio this year. The NJROTC also funds both North Cobb & Harrison GA HS Rifle Teams-that competed in the State Finals this year!We could not give these amazing young men and women the opportunities to make a differ-ence if it were not for the support in donations and fundraising that is ongoing.
