Do not ever use this company. I have been leasing a T.V from them for 3 years. I have had nothing but issues my "new one" out of the box took a year before some black mark started appearing on it. So they came took it and changed the bulb not more then 2 weeks later it started to shut down and then not come one. So we had a loaner same "type" just a little more ghetto guess what that one started doing the EXACT same thing. So they took that one and brought me a really "GHETTO" version of my T.V. mind you all this time I have to call them to find out what is going as there customer service is NILL. Even their head office does not have the decency to respond to your request for action. They tell me that I have to pay .300.00 dollars to get the "loaner t.v" back really WHERE IS MY T.V.? I have this one last payment to make and I DONT WANT THIS GHETTO T,V, I want the one that I have paid my hard earned money for. Do what is right Aaron's treat your customers with respect.
