We used Amazon once a week for a few months.. In June they sent a new crew to our apartment one day and number of issues came up. First, they left the key to our apartment in the door which I discovered upon leaving shortly after their arrival. Second, they failed to clean the floor in the main living and dining areas. Third, they left a pool of water in the middle of the living area floor. When we called the owner to address, he said no worries he will send someone out to take a look.. Well, he sent out two third-party handymen to assess the damage. The owner calls us one hour later and claims these handyman were his "insurance investigators" and they have determined this to be a fraudulent claim. Then he hung up on me and did not answer or return any subsequent calls.
