I recently discovered that I have black mold in my laundry room that is quickly spreading to the bathroom, I've been trying to get somebody from maintenance to come take a look at it but no luck with this people. I reported a problem yesterday via the web site, phone and I even talked to somebody who told me he was cumming in the morning the next day but never showed up. I went to the leasing office to complain and one of the ladies there told me with attitude that she will try to send somebody the next day but there were no guaranties and that the mold I have is not the type you get sick from (like she is an expert).Some times I don't feel like reporting any issues with my apartment to avoid dealing with the girls from the leasing office. Bottom line you get what you pay for at this apartment...would NO recommend it.
