I have a 60,000 ring and I asked them to clean it , they accused my ring of being fake and called it a "mosaic" , I told them I paid 60,000 and I had two appraisals . I went to Jared and told them the story and they told me they could tell my ring was real just by looking at it , they did a diamond test which was positive !! They also told me it was very high quality . I called the main head quarters for D geller and the manger didn't care . It shows the employees don't know diamonds at all !

Several years ago, my now ex and I went to go engagement ring shopping at this store. We walked in and they took one look at us (dressed in jeans) and no one would help us! All the employees turned those noses up at us. Needless to say, we went somewhere else to find the perfect ring. I do tell everyone I know not to go to this company due to the poor service we received!

I went here to browse for a birthstone necklace or earrings for my wife. I didn't see quite what I wanted but they kept me in the store by promising me some kind of special deal. A different salesperson came out and tried to get me to buy diamond earrings. When I wouldn't bite another person came out and gave the "hard sell". I said, "I feel like you're pressuring me". He said, "Of course! I'm trying to get you to buy something". I was pretty offended and when I tried to leave I couldn't get out the door. It's locked from the inside! They laughed while I struggled to get out of their clutches and eventually hit a button behind the counter to let me out. Wow...
