I came into the smoothie store this morning because my car had broken down and is going to be in the shop all day, and to be honest this was the only place open :). I met Pam and had a smoothy and sat down to wait a while until other shops opened.
I've spent an hour here this morning, and I wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with Pam's customer service. Since I've been stuck, I've had the chance to observe her work for quite a while this morning. She greets everyone with pleasure and makes them feel very welcome. She also knows all of the regulars and has a great rapport with them. It is very refreshing to see someone so focused on customer service and making the effort to help people start the day off right. It was very much appreciated.

The owner and staff is so energetic and patient and friendly. And their smoothies are AMAZING!!!!. They have great smoothies. Everything is fresh even the fruit there SOOOO GOOD. I always get the Ms. Thing also great customer service!!
