Mr. Wood's list of accomplishments always amazes me. He has served not only the City of Smyrna, butRead More Cobb County and beyond for many years. My thanks goes out to both he and Mrs. Wood for the service that they have both provided. They are both quality citizens and friends.

Having worked with literally hundreds, if not thousands, of local elected officials, I can, withoutRead More qualification, state that Pete Wood is one of the very finest elected officials to serve a local community. He was always hard working, well informed, thoughtful, fair, honest, visionary and a team player who was willing to compromise on issues but never on principle. He is the model of a public servant. When all of his public service is complete we can all say...a job well done.
