2 School Board Members Bid Farewell
Thursday's Cobb Board of Education will be the last for Lynnda Eagle and Alison Bartlett.
The Cobb Board of Education will say goodbye to two members and hear presentations about technology pilot progams at Thursday night's business meeting. The meeting, which includes a public comment period, begins at 7 p.m. in the board room of the Cobb County School District central office, 514 Glover St., Marietta. It will be the final meeting for board members Lynnda Eagle and Alison Barlett, who are leaving after serving one term each. Eagle, a Republican who represents Post 1 (Northwest Cobb), did not seek re-election and will be succeeded by retired teacher Randy Scamihorn, also a Republican.
