Highpoint Christian Tabernacle is holding a Career and Health Fair this Saturday.
Highpoint Christian Tabernacle is hosting a Career and Health Fair this Saturday, Oct. 20, from noon to 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, offering workshops on business 101, finance, how to write a business proposal, and youth sessions on ownership, job readiness and how to dress and live for success. Free health screenings, blood pressure checks and chiropractor evaluations are also available at the fair, as well as clothing for those in need. There will also be activities for children. Organizers say this event would be beneficial for people who may not have insurance or currently seeking employment.
