Speaking of new business in the Jonquil City, Dos Amigos Cantina is just a few weeks away from opening according to Patrick Albrecht, owner of Great Food Group Inc. Reached by phone Tuesday, Albrecht said the upscale Mexican restaurant, located in the former Folks restaurant buidling at 2590 Spring Road, was originally slated for a Dec. 1 opening. “We’re not too far away,’’ Albrecht said. “ We’ll have some inspections next week, but we'll be opening soon.’’ The new restaurant is expected to create 40-50 new jobs in the Jonquil City and hiring …
