Smyrna-Vinings Restaurants Make 'The Atlanta 50' List

Canoe, Muss & Turner's and Heirloom BBQ were among five dining spots in Cobb.

Three Smyrna-Vinings area restaurants have been included in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's recent compilation of notable places to eat in the metro area. They are the Heirloom Market BBQ on Akers Mill Road (read the Patch review), Muss & Turner's and Canoe.  In the Canoe profile, the AJC wrote that with "Carvel Grant Gould’s refined modern American cuisine, and service so attentive it almost feels outdated, Canoe remains one of Atlanta’s true special occasion restaurants." Heirloom "breaks that mold" to present "nouveau ‘cue" in metro Atlanta, while Muss & Turner's remains "a place you’d like to have open just around the corner." Marietta's Tasty China and Seed Kitchen & Bar of East Cobb also made the list.
