Atlanta Road Waffle House Robbed
It happened just after 11 p.m. Monday.
For the third time in as many weeks, authorities are investigating an armed robbery at a Cobb-area Waffle House. The latest incident occurred just after 11 p.m. Monday night at the Waffle House at 4458 Atlanta Rd., said Officer Mike Bowman, the spokesman for the Cobb County Police Department. Two men with silver handguns demanded money from the cash register, then fled the area on foot in an unknown direction after they received an undisclosed amount of money, he said. Both of the black male suspects are 6-feet with thin builds. One is dark skinned and was last seen wearing a black zip up hoodie, white T-shirt, black pants with silver belt buckle and black shoes.
