I like the novelty of a food truck (as long as they have the appropriate health inspections). I imagine others do also and that's why they are so popular at festivals. But I really like the idea of supporting our local Smyrna restaurants as doing that provides stability and vibrancy to our town. Empty restaurants because the dinner crowd is hanging out in a parking lot doesn't help rejuvenate our town's economic situation nor help the entrepreneurs who have staked their claim in the brick and mortar rental in Smyrna.
