ABSOLUTELY HATE IT. the medians have narrowed the turn areas, have blocked left (north) turns from Wells Fargo and police department - what??? "once drivers had changed their habits they would have fewer concerns" - do drivers have to change how they drive in order to tolerate the inconveniences - drivers will complain less when they become more stupid??
