Celebrate Smyrna's Birthday at Village Green
Come hungry, as a large birthday cake will be served alongside the regular food vendors.
The City of Smyrna is celebrating its birthday, and is inviting you to the free party on the Village Green.
The birthday bash will kick off at 6 p.m. on Aug. 2, and will feature food, music, fun and games, and a fireworks show to cap off the evening. Musical acts for the evening are Waller and Banks & Shane.
Of course, no birthday party would be complete without a cake, and McEntyre's Bakery will be baking up a party-sized cake to celebrate.
All City of Smyrna events are recycling friendly, so please be on the lookout for Keep Smyrna Beautiful recycling receptacles placed next to the regular trash cans.
