KSB is currently soliciting Smyrna residents for project ideas. If there’s a neighborhood trail that needs some upkeep or a street sign that needs cleaning, Keep Smyrna Beautiful wants to hear about it. Kirk said that if folks want to tackle a cleanup project themselves KSB can provide supplies like trash bags, work gloves and bottled water. Volunteers can also undergo Keep Smyrna Beautiful safety training.

As of Monday, Feb. 27, there are still 19 plots available in located at North Cooper Lake Park, 4201 North Cooper Lake Road. Plots can be rented for the entire season and are available in small, $40; medium, $50; large, $75; and jumbo, $195.
